Industrial Engineer - Lean (m/f/d)

• Active participation in the operation and supervision of production lines from a LEAN perspective
• Leading the optimization of existing production layouts and workstations
• Creating VSM models for production lines
• Creating layouts using AutoCAD, visTABLE, and similar CAD software
• Creating standard documents and templates for engineering
• Liaising with development and production planning departments on international projects
• Creating and maintaining production-related documents, such as work plans and work instructions
• Organizing and moderating business excellence workshops

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in lean management/5S/business excellence
• Experience in the creation and optimization of layouts
• Eperience with the following technologies; screw tightening, welding, pressing
• Initial experience in project management
• Very good written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills, German is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Openness, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel
