Rheinmetall Electronics UK (REUK) is entrusted with the training delivery aspect of the contract meaning that you will be at the front and centre of British Army training.

Every person in our team plays a critical role in delivering OMNIA Training’s vision; designing, delivering, and transforming collective training so the British Army is ready to fight and win.
As the ORS Deputy, you will manage the service which ensures objective, consistent, and data-driven training audience performance assessment and After-Action Reviews (AAR) are completed across all Collective Training. This involves supporting the Service Lead with running a team of people who operate ORS processes, support Army Observer Coach Trainers (OCTs), implement the Performance Assessment Framework (PAF), and deliver insights via the new AAR tools. You will formalise the processes required and lead on learning process of the team to ensure that the service delivers at the very highest standard.
Skills - Essential
- Management experience in a military training or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across ranks and departments.
- Proficiency in training management systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eligible for and willing to obtain relevant security clearances.
Skills – Desirable
- Experience in the use of legacy Authority observing and reviewing technology (including EXONAUT).
- Experience leading joint force or multinational training initiatives.
- Professional certifications in leadership or instruction.
- Adaptable mindset with a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
