- High-performance simulation loops, autonomous behavior, and data-oriented design
- Improve system performance, proactively indetify technical debt
- Understanding and optimize complex dataflows
- Designing, improving, extending existing architecture
- Create technical specification based on business needs
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Participating in the implementation of the architecture
- Completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, or comparable
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in .NET Backend engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system design
- Deep understanding of Entity Component Systems (ECS) (e.g., Arch, friflo, Entitas, or Unity DOTS) and Data-Oriented Design (DOD) for maximum CPU and memory bandwidth efficiency
- Implementation of complex, hierarchical Behavior Trees and Finite State Machines (FSM) to model autonomous tactical unit behaviors
- Deep understanding of .NET memory and process management (minimizing Garbage Collection overhead, SIMD utilization)
- Bonus skill: Proven background in real-time strategy (RTS) games, grand strategy systems, or professional military/defense simulation software
- Very good English and Hungarian language skills, written and spoken (C1-C2 Hungarian is an advantage)
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate good level of self-initiatives
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure
- Very good cooperational skills
- Willingness to travel in Europe for business
