RBSL is offering a two year Level 4 Apprenticeship in Project Management to join our growing Early Careers community at our headquarters in Telford. RBSL is a growing and exciting business that specialises in the design, manufacture and support of military vehicles used by the British Army that has a growing and dynamic Early Careers programme.

Working week: Monday - Friday Total hours per week: 37
Expected apprenticeship duration 24 Months
Apprenticeship level: Higher Level Apprenticeship Level 4

Pay: £22500 – subject to pay award increase
What will the apprentice be doing?
This will involve training at college with the remainder of the time spent on site working within the Project Management/business functions to gain knowledge and understanding of how each of these areas support the RBSL business and will build upon the academic knowledge gained from the time at college.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Release to College where the apprentice will be studying for an Associate Project Management apprenticeship. When in the business the apprentice will spend time in various areas of the business function, to build upon the knowledge and understanding gained whilst studying at college.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the two-year apprenticeship apprentices will be eligible to apply for available vacancies within RBSL.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade 4 and above, must include English and Maths
A minimum of 3 A - Levels or equivalent - essential
