Contract management

• Review and control delivery and service contracts to ensure adherence to agreed terms
• Understand and interpret contractual matters. Provide contractual support to contract owners
• Resolve contractual disputes by preparing detailed documentation and engaging legal teams and relevant stakeholders when necessary

Delay Management and Risk Mitigation

• Identify potential risks within contracts that could lead to project delays and defects
• Monitor contract execution to detect deviations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address contractual challenges

• Law or Economic degree (with solid legal background)
• Native Hungarian and advanced English language skills or German at a high advanced level

Legal Expertise

• Legal expertise with business background
• Strong understanding of contractual law
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders, clients and suppliers
• Analytical thinking: strong problem solving ability to foresee, identify and issue complex situations

Organisational expertise

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or service provider environment
