About the Role

As a key member of RDA’s Commercial team, you will be joining an essential advisory function supporting military vehicle delivery by providing comprehensive contract management for the LAND 400 Phase 2 Prime contract. In this role, you will ensure RDA’s compliance with contractual terms, manage day-to-day administration, and assist with the negotiation and drafting of CCPs and amendments. Working alongside both internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and resolving complex contractual issues to support smooth project execution.

This role would suit a career Contract Manager or a person with strong contract administration skills looking for their next step. This role is able to offer an Individualised Flexible Working Arrangement if required. We encourage you to ask what this looks like for you at interview stage.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

  • Significant experience in drafting correspondence, contracts, contract management, risk identification, change management and administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Office Professional suite and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated high level of personal motivation
  • Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
