WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Supplier onboarding according to Rh AG and BUTAC directive and processes
- Requesting mandatory documents from the supplier (Certificates, NDA, SCoC)
- Getting the documents signed from suppliers
- Supplier onboarding in the Ivalua system
- Due date control of mandatory documents
- Supplier setup and release in SAP
- Supplier assessment in EcoVadis IQ+
- Invitation of suppliers and rating in EcoVadis
- Monthly ESG reporting to SRM BUTAC
- Harmonization of processes and tools according to the BU TAC organization
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed bachelor’s degree in business studies or high school degree with several years of experience in Procurement or other fields of Supply Chain
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Good MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent Romanien & good oral and written English is a must, additionally German is an advantage
- Driver’s license
- Proactiveness, team-oriented workstyle, as well, as ability to handle conflicts and work under pressure
