As a Requirements Manager (m/f/d) you are part of the "Engineering Applications" team and support the users centrally in project work, so that you can get a good overview of the latest and exciting projects at Rheinmetall in your role.

You will perform the following tasks:

  • You implement information structures and support methods in requirements engineering
  • You will also support the design, implementation of templates and processes in requirements engineering and management applications (IBM Rational DOORS 9.6, DNG and IBM Rational Publishing Engine)
  • You also develop tools within these tools
  • You support the creation of work instructions, specifications and guidelines (e.g. for users or administrators)
  • In cooperation with our internal departments, you will support various projects
  • Finally, observe and analyze the market with regard to innovative topics as well as forward-looking trends in your area of responsibility
  • You have a technical degree
  • IBM Rational DOORS (9.6 and DNG) and IBM Rational Publishing Engine are not foreign words to you
  • You have several years of professional experience in requirements management
  • You have a quick grasp of technical problems and implement them in a solution-oriented manner
  • You are motivated and work independently
  • Very good English skills round off your profile
