- Cross-project requirements management in the area of research and development
- Definition of the content of the requirements management methodology
- Creation of the document structure plan
- Import of customer requirements
- Ensuring specification quality through decomposition and allocation of requirements, especially for architecture and validation
- Leading working groups to improve the requirements management process and methods
- Supporting project management and system engineers (m/f/d) from the system to component development, if necessary
This position can be filled in Kassel, Kiel, and Unterlüß.
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable
- Several years of experience in requirements specification or management
- Tool knowledge: IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, Polarion, Jama
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally
