Supply Chain Team Leader (m/f/d)

• Having complete overview of the supply chain (customer demands, production planning, material planning)
• Participating in daily shopfloor meetings
• Collaborating with relevant departments
• Proactively communicating risks of on-time completion of production schedule to allow mitigation
• Planning and prioritising operation to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Reporting on the production status and any production issue to upper management
• Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
• Align with strategies and company goals
• Reporting to the Head of Department
• Leading the Supply Chain Planning team

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics or similar
• Min. 3 years of production planning experience
• ERP system knowledge in SAP is highly preferred
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
• Ablility to handle complex issues in supply chain
• Good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate coworkers
• Capability to work under pressure and having a flexible mindset
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset
