As an Administrative Clerk, you will support daily administrative and sales-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, client communication, and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register clients and maintain communication until product delivery
  • Provide general information about products and services with management approval
  • Prepare and issue contracts using approved templates
  • Register and track internal orders (physical and electronic records)
  • Issue delivery notes and invoices (proforma and fiscal)
  • Prepare documentation for tenders and register them in SAP
  • Issue delivery documents, quality certificates, and conformity declarations
  • Maintain communication with relevant external authorities
  • Prepare documentation for customs, vehicle registration, and RAR systems
  • Ensure compliance with legal and internal company regulations
  • Secondary or higher education
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Good communication and organizational skills
