Head of Security (m/f/d)

You will be part of our Corporate Security team and responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and corporate security guidelines.

As Chief Security Officer Lithuania at RWA, you can expect your daily tasks to include:

• Implementing site plans and guidelines and coordinating the necessary security measures in accordance with corporate security requirements
• Facilitating and conducting security awareness trainings and briefing sessions as needed
• Assisting in the development and implementation of threat and risk assessments
• Ensuring that the supply chain meets the requirements of Defence Security Governance
• Conducting annual security assessments to meet the requirements of the Corporate Security Programme
• Process access controls, badges and site approvals for both visitors and RDA team members
• Coordinate and manage security personnel
• Support in planning and tracking activities related to security issues (property, travel, expat and foreign security, know-how protection, emergency and crisis management, etc.)
• Other tasks as instructed by the RWA Chief Security Manager

• Completed bachelor's degree in industrial security, security management/manager, security organiser or other security-related disciplines (general police or military training does not qualify for the position if no secondary security-related university education has been completed)
• Proven minimum of four years' professional experience in the field of physical and personal security management
• Proven experience of at least one year in operational security in the administration of government institutions or persons with high security status
• Understanding of security management obligations (including legal obligations), requirements and dynamics
• Genuine desire to provide security services with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Experience with related MS and other computer software
• Ability to contribute to security management and control
• Leadership qualities and ability to lead a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Class B driving licence
• Structured way of thinking and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel abroad and within the country
• Able to analyse problems, identify alternative solutions, assess the consequences of proposed measures and make recommendations to support objectives
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and teams
• Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language and knowledge of English or German for reporting purposes
