Teamlead Ops planning (m/f/d)

• Setting up systems and maintenance of master data information
• Definition and procurement of required tools, clamping, auxiliary and measuring equipment
• Supporting the ramp-up of the new production facility
• Development of a team of employees in the above-mentioned area
• Supporting the Head of Production with people management and in achieving production KPI’s (e.g. Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People)
• Actively participate with continuous improvement activities (e.g. production efficiency, OEE, operating cost reduction, safety, PPS & 5S)

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable training
• Significant leadership experience in the manufacturing processes
• Be able to read and interpret technical drawings to understand specifications, tolerances and required materials to carry out the task
• Good Communication skills & the ability to lead a high performing team through training, mentoring and the transfer of knowledge
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and Englis
