Analytics- and Modeling-Expert (m/f/d)

• Design and implementation of mathematical models and solution methods for the optimization of traffic routes based on multimodal data
• Development of methods for solving deterministic scheduling problems (interval and timetabling)
• Development of data and storage structures taking into account data requirements (persistence, latency, data protection, etc.)

• Successfully completed studies in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of data analysis, model building, statistics and algorithm building
• Very good programming skills in C++ and Python
• Knowledge of tools for collaboration in the development team (Git, Gitlab) and automated deployment/integration of applications (Jenkins, Docker, Terraform)
• High level of commitment, flexibility as well as willingness to travel
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
