Application Manager SAP Logistics & Sales (SD-CS) (f/m/d)

• Active design and development of future application services in close coordination with our partners in the business
• Responsible for module support and customizing of SAP module SD and CS as well as other non-SAP applications
• Coordination and management of external IT service providers within the scope of IT project work
• Responsible for the coordination of colleagues and topics in the application areas (SAP or non-SAP)
• Standardization and harmonization as well as optimization and further development of our system and application landscape and the services in the area of Sales & Aftersales, among others, towards SAP S/4
• Active participation in innovative AMS projects, from planning, coordination and implementation to taking over the (partial) project management
• Consulting and support of our business partners in the context of process-related support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the application landscape in the area of Sales & Aftersales
• Collaboration in the creation of technical solution/implementation concepts as well as realignment of existing applications, primarily in the area of Logistics
• Support of key users in the business of SAP module SD as well as CS and non-SAP applications in 2nd and 3rd level support

The position can be filled at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Bremen, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, and Neuenstadt.

• Successfully completed (university) studies in (business) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background
• Several years of professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in the area of sales and related logistics processes
• Several years of experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues
• Good to very good knowledge in the environment of SAP SD & CS (customizing, debugging etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business process modeling as well as (IT) project management
• Knowledge in the support of SAP and non-SAP interfaces
• Enthusiasm to build up a professional in-house application operation and project support for various Sales & Aftersales Applications
• Interest in agile topics (Kanban, Scrum, DevOps, SAP Activate etc.) as well as creativity in solving problems
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as high social competence in dealing with internal customers and external service providers
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Intercultural competence and project-related willingness to travel, also internationally (10-20%)
