We want to grow together with you and further advance our sophisticated system development for complex systems in the high-tech sector.
Your Tasks will involve:
- Development of C2 systems for ground-based air defence, from concept through implementation to functional verification
- Integration of various systems into fixed and mobile air defence systems
- Taking leadership of complex development tasks, while working in collaboration with other departments
- Taking responsibility for the functional performance of processes, interfaces and algorithms
- Working with a variety of different interfaces, e.g. systems engineering, software development, test/integration
- Designing and performing system verification
- Collaboration in field test environments and customer relations in Switzerland and abroad
- Further down the line, the opportunity to attain a leadership role in complex development projects
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering and/or physics or mathematics
- Experience of air defence systems, ideally ex-military. General military background appreciated
- Independent work ethic, interdisciplinary and intercultural skills
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- In-depth knowledge of radar technology, laser technology, image processing, infrared technology, real-time systems or metrology is an advantage
- Ideally experience with DOORS and MBSE tools such as CAMEO
- Willingness to travel for short stays in the customer's country (a few days to a few weeks)
