IT Specialist - production plant IT operation

- Participation in the deployment of the IT system and network of the new plant
- Implement and maintain essential IT infrastructure (incl. networks, operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware)
- Implement and manage daily IT operations site support
- Acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of incidents and service requests
- Processing and resolution of known incidents and service requests
- Employing the latest security protocols
- Monitoring the local area network (LAN) for threats or errors
- Close cooperation with remote system specialists and management of external service providers
- Investigate technical issues and provide solutions in cooperation with corporate IT team
- Documentation of solution descriptions
- Assistance with questions about the use of IT applications and IT systems
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Practical experience with IT processes according to ITIL
- Experience in using technical system documentation
- Good English and Hungarian language skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of leading technology PC architectures and hardware technologies
- Good knowlede of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
