WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Creation of innovative HR development concepts for Hungary in strong alignment with the corporate and divisional department People Development
- Set-up and implementation of on-site qualification measures
- Ongoing support for employees and managers on HR development topics like skills development, career/succession planning in the Hungarian organizations
- Future-oriented further development of HR development processes and tools
- Creation, control and reporting of the training budget
- Organization and support of in-house training courses
- Administration of the IT-based personnel development tool Success Factors
- Collaboration on exciting group projects
- Creation and implementation of assessment centers, workshops, etc.
- Coordinating the use and providing guidance to people development platforms of Rheinmetall (centrally organized courses, online platforms, etc.)
- Creation and maintenance of competency matrix and yearly L&D plan
- Managing and support participation in relevant e-learning courses
- Providing consultancy to HR leaders and HRBPs in people development issues
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of business education, psychology, personnel management or comparable training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Mobility and willingness to travel
- Experienced with MS Office
- Business fluent in written and spoken English, German as an advantage
- High social competence and moderation skills
- Independent, goal-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and coordination skills
