Requirement Manager (m/f/d)

• Analyze customer requirements and communicate with relevant Rheinmetall departments and persons
• Prepare and support customer negotiations on requirements
• Manage the team maintaining requirements in the Requirement Handling System at various levels (Level 0 to Level 4)
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating the status
• Allocate resources efficiently
• Identify project risks based on the requirements and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues proactively

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, management, or related field
• Several years of experience in requirement handling and project management
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
• Fluent written and spoken English, the German is advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
