Senior SAP Solution Manager (m/f/d)

• Support of the latest SAP Solution Manager system landscapes
• Set-up and holistic support of a central and group-wide SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (Greenfield) incl. connection of the entire SAP system landscape
• Consolidation of the current heterogeneous SAP Solution Manager system landscapes and implementation of functionalities in a central system
• Integration to ServiceNow regarding ITSM/ChaRM as well as Event Management (Technical Monitoring)
• Responsible execution and support of future application projects in the SAP Solution Manager 7.2 environment
• Preparation and execution of the Cloud ALM Transition
• Close coordination and cooperation with the other SAP IT teams
• International coordination of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 requirements within the group as well as with external service providers Collaboration in 2nd/3rd level support

This position can be based in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Bremen and Unterlüß.

• University degree in information technology or business administration, or comparable training
• Professional experience in the coordination, conception, execution, testing and documentation of projects in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (ITSM, ChaRM, Release Management, Test Management, System Monitoring, System Recommendations, Configuration Validation, IT Calendar & Notifications, Solution Documentation).
• Knowledge in Basic Configuration, Infrastructure Preparation as well as in Managed System Setup is an advantage
• Knowledge of ABAP Dictionary/Development Workbench as well as Test and Release Management advantageous
• Knowledge in Focused Build is an advantage
• Methodological knowledge (ideally with certification) in the areas of ITIL would be an advantage
• Strong will and enthusiasm to build up a professional in-house application operation and project support for SAP Solution Manager
• Good presentation skills (oral/written) in English and German desirable
• Intercultural competence to work in an international and Germany-wide distributed team
