WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical team leadership in project work on various high-priority topics (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ)
- Project management by controlling the use of resources within projects
- Processing of project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing
- Processing and resource planning for new research and development topics
- Technical leadership of employees within the protection department
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- A successfully completed degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally in the automotive and/or defence industry
- Experience in team management is an advantage
- Experience in project work in the field of materials science
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Organisational skills in all areas and strong conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to travel
