Verification Manager (m/f/d)

As a Verification Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a sought-after specialist role and work on cross-project topics in the field of networked land systems. For our various products such as soldier, command and control and mission systems as well as training simulators, you will be responsible for cross-sectional topics such as audio or radio equipment and component tests. You will also work together with the system development team in requirements management, following the principle of dual control, to ensure high product quality.

Your tasks:

• Creation and implementation of verification concepts for soldier systems
• Technical analysis of individual components for system usability
• Support in the creation of requirements for subcontractors
• Integration and verification of services and components from subcontractors
• Planning, coordination and implementation of system qualifications with external bodies (e.g. environment, EMC, functional safety)
• Carrying out field tests, trials and customer acceptance tests at home and abroad
• Monitoring test progress and initiating measures to ensure product quality
• Resource planning and coordination of subcontractors within the scope of verification

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Several years of professional experience in the development and verification of electrical systems, ideally experience in working with the V-model XT
• Good knowledge of the design, implementation and commissioning of test technology
• Confident handling of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of software development desirable
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany and Europe, usually 1-3 days
