Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH is one of the world's leading suppliers of armoured tracked and wheeled vehicles, turret systems and NBC reconnaissance systems. The site in Kiel is the development center for armoured tracked vehicles. The range of services includes development, prototype construction, testing and the production of assemblies and small series.
Whether Lynx, Puma, Marder, Boxer, Wiesel, Büffel or Kodiak, Rheinmetall in Kiel has been involved in the development and production of armoured vehicles that protect soldiers in action for decades. More than 1000 highly qualified specialists from the fields of systems engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, electrics, electronics and software work together every day to ensure that new state-of-the-art components and technologies are created.

Division Vehicle Systems Europe – Further Insights
Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH is part of the Vehicle Systems Europe division. The Vehicle Systems Europe division offers a field-proven and versatile vehicle portfolio on wheels and tracks. This includes combat, support, logistics and special vehicles and is constantly evolving. The division is divided into the following business units: Tactical Vehicles and Logistic Vehicles. Sensors, guidance systems, protection technologies and effectors from the partner divisions turn Rheinmetall's wheeled and tracked vehicles into highly effective systems.
