- Planung und Organisation von Transporten für alle Verkehrsträger inkl. Verpackungsplanung und -beauftragung
- Erstellung von Gefahrgut-Dokumenten sowie Abwicklung von Gefahrgut-Transporten
- Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der relevanten Zoll-, Außenhandels- und Logistik-Bestimmungen
- Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Lieferdokumenten sowie Überprüfung und Abnahme der Ladungssicherung
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Versand, idealerweise im Industrie- oder Speditionsumfeld sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Schwerlast, Ladungssicherung und Gefahrgut
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sendungen, die dem Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz (KWKG) sowie besonderen Ausfuhr- und Versandbedingungen unterliegen
- Gute MS-Office und SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie flexible und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
