ILEE® Adjustable diode laser modules
The adjustable ILEE® industrial laser modules are the perfect solution when the laser is mechanically fixed, and the laser spot needs to be precisely aligned in the X/Y direction.
ILEE® JULA MINI alignment laser
The laser, which is mechanically adjustable to the axis of rotation, projects a clearly visible point. Thanks to the fine adjustment, the laser can be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.24 mrad. The laser can be attached to a holder by means of a ∅ 18 g6 or ∅ 16.4 mm +0/–0.1 fitting.

Battery-powered ILEE® JULA+ alignment laser
The alignment laser has an integrated X/Y axis adjustment, with which the beam can be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.24 mrad. The power is supplied by a battery. The laser is activated by a push button or an optional remote control. The outer diameters of 18 mm and 22 mm are available for mounting the laser.

Battery-powered ILEE® BARRELBEAM alignment laser
The alignment laser can easily be mounted on a mandrel or shaft extension. By adjusting the integrated X/Y axis, the laser beam can be continuously adjusted. This allows a quick check of the correct alignment of components to be centred on the shaft. Power is supplied by a standard battery, which is accessible even when the alignment laser is mounted on a shaft.
