To support the ramp-up of our new production site in Iganovo, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Recruiter who will play a key role in attracting and selecting the right talent for our growing organization.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of HR, hiring managers and the central Talent Acquisition team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and to build a strong employer presence in the local labor market. During the ramp-up phase, the focus will initially be on hiring white-collar and technical roles, followed by large-scale recruitment for production positions.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles at our new production site in Bulgaria
  • Support the ramp-up of the new site by building strong local talent pipelines
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and support effective hiring decisions
  • Implement and manage local recruiting initiatives and coordinate active sourcing activities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the local labor market and relevant recruiting channels
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Coordinate employer branding initiatives with our central Employer Branding team in Germany
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruiting standards and quality guidelines
  • Maintain close collaboration and regular reporting to the central Talent Acquisition team
  • Represent the company at job fairs and local recruiting events
  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable qualification, alternatively relevant professional experience in recruiting
  • Professional experience in recruiting, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Fluent Bulgarian and good English skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on way of working
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
