Systems Engineer / Systems Technician Air Defense Field Service (m/f/d)

• Preparing and conducting customer training courses at home and abroad
• Creating instructional programs and lesson plans
• Provide training materials and aids (manuals, blueprints, digital aids, etc.).
• Supporting the sales department with quotations for customer training courses
• Supporting the development department during tests and system acceptances at home and abroad
• Ensuring the technical readiness of air defense systems at customer sites
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work in the customer's country
• Ensuring technical support through the use of augmented reality
• Supporting the customer in troop training and in the event of technical problems
• Identify and report customer needs
• Maintaining support equipment at all maintenance levels (Support Level E1-E4)

• Completed vocational training as mechanic (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d) as well as several years of professional experience are required
• Military experience as gunner or radar soldier of the M Flab desirable, Uof/Of advantageous
• Methodical-didactic skills for the design and execution of training courses
• Confident appearance, good manners and very independent working style
• Very good written and spoken English as well as intercultural competence
• Good IT user skills
• Willingness to spend time abroad in climatically challenging regions (several weeks to several months per year)
• Great flexibility in dealing with extraordinary situations arising at short notice, both at home and abroad
• Driving license for passenger cars category B
