Trainee programme: a structured start, targeted growth

Rheinmetall's trainee programmes offer university graduates a structured start with a wide range of insights and targeted support. Trainees generally spend 12 months getting to know different areas, locations and projects. This creates a broad understanding of the company and a valuable network.

The programme combines practical assignments ("on the job") with training offered by the Rheinmetall Academy and exciting project work. A permanent mentor accompanies the trainees throughout the entire duration of the programme and supports them in their professional and personal development.

The trainee programme is aimed at graduates (Bachelor's/Master's), particularly from technical, scientific or economic fields of study, who are interested in different areas of the company and are open to new perspectives.
