- Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen und Prüfberichten
- Verteilung der Eingangspost, Postversand sowie Verpackung und Versand von Produktionsteilen
- Buchung von Rechnungen
- Organisation von Meetings inkl. der Buchung von Räumen
- Organisation der Bewirtung und Abwicklung von Besucheranmeldungen
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika wünschenswert
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Stark ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
