FCS-TacRay Ballistic

Highly accurate and calculating: Tactical laser rangefinder with ballistic calculator

Precise multifunction

The Rheinmetall FCS-TacRay Ballistic fire control system is designed for use with high-precision long guns (interface: Picatinny Rail (MIL-STD-1913/STANAG4694)) and features a high-performance eye-safe laser rangefinder (LRF, range up to 2,500 m). In addition to the integrated ballistic computer for ammunition types, the FCS-TRB includes an inclinometer, compass and various sensors for barometric pressure, humidity and temperature. It also features a visible sighting laser, an IR laser, and an IR illuminator. The integrated OLED display shows calculated distances as well as the required number of clicks to adjust the scope. Communication with other devices (e.g. integration digital scope) is possible via Bluetooth or cable. ITAR free.

Variable laser

Improved first hit probability on first shot - The FCS-TacRay Ballistic fire control system includes a powerful visible aiming laser, an IR laser, an IR illuminator and an eye-safe laser range finder (LRF).

For easy alignment of the lasers and LRF to the line of sight, the FCS-TacRay Ballistic fire control system includes the specially designed, factory-aligned Rheinmetall laser block.

Visible aiming laser (red or green)
When mounting the FCS-TacRay Ballistic on the Picatinny Rail, the visible aiming laser enables an exact marking of the aimed target and increases the (first) hit probability. The range here depends on various environmental influences and is normally several hundred meters.

IR aiming laser (not visible)
The IR laser of the FCS-TacRay Ballistic, which is not visible to the naked eye, is usually used in combination with night vision goggles (NVG). In this way, it enables a significant increase in night combat capability, surprising effect, and hit probability. The range here depends on various environmental influences and can reach up to 2000 m.

IR illuminator (not visible)
In addition, the FCS-TacRay Ballistic has an electronically focusable infrared illuminator, which is not visible to the naked eye. In combination with night vision goggles (NVG), this provides optimal illumination at night and in poorly lit target areas.

Laser range finder (not visible)
The FCS-TacRay Ballistic offers a powerful, eye-safe laser range finder (LRF) with a range of up to 2500 m, which cannot be detected by night vision devices. Also integrated, the ballistic calculator for up to 32 types of ammunition. Both can be read/operated in the integrated and dimmable OLED display.

Outstanding laser safety

For eye protection, the FCS-TacRay Ballistic uses Rheinmetall's patented concept of color-coded trigger cables / dongles for laser and laser light modules.

"Train as you fight" - the free choice of power-defining trigger cables / dongles enables realistic training with mission-relevant equipment. The laser power is - depending on your choice - either reduced (training) or released to the maximum (combat).

Custom colors available, e.g. blue for training, black and grey for combat.
